I don't know man, Wash St, Oregon St, and ASU tend to at least put 1 really good team out every 3 years or so. K-State hasn't been any good for 5 years I guess. Nebraska hasn't been decent since Eric Crouch, and Texas Tech hasn't beaten anyone of any meat that I know of. They put up a ton of points, but give up more than they score.
